Referral Partner Program
For vCISOs and security consultants, AI strategy consultants and MSPs: refer clients to Cyber Defense Tactics for exercises, audits, the Agentic SOC Readiness Sprint, annual programs and kits, and earn a share of what the client pays.
You keep advising the client. We run the work you refer:
- AI-agent and incident tabletop exercises
- AI Security Use-Case Audits
- Agentic SOC Readiness Sprint
- Annual programs
- Licensed tabletop kits
We won't compete for your client
- Cyber Defense Tactics runs the tabletop exercise, then hands the client back to you.
- You keep the advisory relationship. The roadmap, the ongoing counsel and the seat stay yours.
- We will not pitch our own advisory services to your clients.
Referral
15% then 10%
15% of client payments in the first 12 months, then 10% on renewals for as long as the client stays with us.
Kits
20%
20% of kit purchases by clients you refer.
Co-Delivery
25%
You bring the client, join the delivery team and keep the client relationship. 25% of client payments.
How it works
- Register each referral with us before the introduction. A registered referral is yours for 90 days.
- No fee on clients or deals already in our pipeline.
- Fees are paid quarterly by ACH, only on payments we have received and cleared.
- A short written referral agreement with CarbeneAI, LLC. Cyber Defense Tactics is a practice of CarbeneAI, LLC.
